The Cold Pro™ V2 Commercial Kit is the perfect solution for busy cafes and roasters who want to take cold brew coffee to the next level. No more mess, No more waste caused by unsaturated grounds and no more batches lost due to ruptured bag filters!
The Cold Pro V2 eliminates the need for attachment ring, incorporating the brackets directly to the compounding vessel. The translucent HDPE without HDPE (high density polyethylene) allows you to see the level of cold preparation at any angle. A conical bottom ensures that every last bit cold brewer drained through the cap while retaining rod underneath the lid ensures that there is no reason to make cold serving you
The Brewista patent designs drainage and sanitation twist is still the easiest and cleanest method for the preparation of cold dough without the mess. No need to use a strainer, the shelf of the refrigerator, the strength of the upper body or other means to support the soil and drained! Simply lift and turn the filter basket to place in Embedded and supports all drained in preparation container for easy distribution.
